trouble accessing certain forums

Hi I'm new. I'm getting married in GC in May and I'm desperately trying to access the wedding forum. However it seems like every time I click on a the forum, i'm suddenly logged out of my acct and being asked to register again. Sometimes this doesn't happen - yet it always happens with the wedding forum. Am I completely missing something? Should I be posting here or is there someone I can email for help? THANKS! Can't wait for May!

Hi kadrian - Welcome and congratulations.



Go to your browser settings and delete your cookies, history and temporary internet files. Then log back on. It will take a little longer to load the page the first time after clearing your caches but after that you will not experience any problems.



You will find everything you need in our Wedding Forum. Be sure to start with Celebrations and contact them and Rebecca Davidson for photography as soon as possible, as they tend to get very busy during the spring.

That has been happening to me as well.....it looks like I'm logged in and then when I reply to something it asks me to log in......it does not just happen on one topic forum.....it's on all of them.

I delete my cookies and files once a week and run my virus scan...so I don't know why this is happening either.
