looking for night life

My friends and I are going to the Caymans to have some fun. Looking for a good place to hang. Friend at the office said there is a place called the Sapphire. Is this a place to eat or dance. Looking to have a good time and cant find on web.

My wife and I went to Sapphire on the suggestion of a waitress at CJ's. I am sure it is a happening place on the weekend but we went on a Wednesday night and it was pretty sad. They had a local "jazz" band set up for their first time...it sucked.

From what I could see they serve sushi and a wide variety of mixed drinks.

I can't comment on the Sapphire, however, There is a list of good clubs in the nightlife section of the guide (starts on pg.43), should find someting there
