Scuba Diving in the cool azure water surrounding the Caribbean islands has always been a fun-filled experience for every adventure traveler across the globe. The manifold Caribbean islands are famous all over for their high-quality aquatic conditions, that has welcomed scores of tourists from around the world to experience and enjoy the various activity water sports accessible at the spot.

Among the many water activities, Scuba Diving in Caribbean constitutes the most of the mass. "When you dive in the Caribbean it's a known quantity. The conditions are pretty much relatively good," says Nick Lucey, Editor at Large, Scuba Diving Magazine.

The amazing feature of these Caribbean islands is that along with providing the guests with an enriched aqua-experience, the islands' well-constructed infrastructure enables the tourists to enjoy a peaceful and calm vacation. Based on many such features, the top five Caribbean Scuba spots are as follows:

Northwest Point Drop-off: This spectacular spot in Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands constitute an ideal destination for diving, with its calm and cool currents meandering through the steep reefs. Apart from being a grand dive-spot, the Northwest Point Drop-off presents a wonderful vista of some of the most beautiful forms of underwater nature. Stingray City: Another mind-blowing tourist hub in the Caribbean is the Stingray City. Situated in the Grand Cayman North Sound, the place is uniquely remarkable for the Stingrays. These fascinating creatures found in abundance in the place roam about in search of food under the hollowing depth of the shallow waters. The tourists have the pleasure to dive, snorkel or even feed these creatures. A pleasant boat-ride round the area can be opted for to indulge into complete adventure and thrill.

Bonaire: Situated in Dutch Caribbean, the place has some of the most fascinating beaches, at about 50 miles off the coast of Venezuela. The luxury destination Bonaire has been ranked #2 on the PADI network, for its breathtaking 24-hours non-stop shore diving facilities and spectacular sceneries around.

Cocos Island: The Cocos Island, located about 300 miles from the coast of Costa Rica, is another adventurous location for the tourists to gather during their treasured holidays. The wonderful experience of live-aboard diving is truly phenomenal with a plethora of aqua animals striding by the boat. A huge variety of dolphins, tuna, the gigantic marble rays, Hammerhead sharks and also whale sharks are to be found in here.

Blue Hole: Though constituting a not-so-endowed marine life, the trip to the Blue Hole in the Lighthouse Reef, Belize, becomes a memorable phenomenon with a spectacular sight of a near-perfect blue hole, that is thought to be created during the Ice Age. Situated 110 feet under water, the caves featuring stalactites and stalagmites are a hub of the whale sharks and other aqua animals, being its regular visitors.

Great news! Can't say I'm surprised. I posted right when I got back that shore dive by the cracked conch had some of the best diving I've seen anywhere. Even better than a lot of boat dives, and I've been diving all over Grand Cayman for years now.
