Help. Will be in Grand Cayman on Feb. 5th. Our party of 14 will be shopping in the morning and we're looking for a great, fun, not too expensive place to have lunch before boarding our ship again. We'd like to be on Seven Mile Beach. Any suggestions?

Hi ag2 - Welcome!

Two of our most highly recommended restaurants serve lunch near the cruise ship dock area:

Guy Harvey's is directly across from where you dock and you will find a coupon for them in our online magazine that you can print out and take with you. They are not directly on the ocean but provide panoramic ocean views of George Town Harbour.

Lobster Pot is a few hundred yards north (walk with the ocean on your left). No coupon but if you call ahead and ask for Gunter, tell him you are Activity Guide members and he will make sure you are extremely well cared for. They are situated directly on the ocean, perched high above sea level for breathtaking ocean views.

Both of these establishments come with our highest endorsements and will provide wonderful, memorable dining experiences.

Have a wonderful vacation!
