getting better and better! I agree with Kim about the music changing being a cool feature.....does the video stop abruptly or did my computer hiccup or something?

Thanks u2 - I know they are nothing spectacular but I really appreciate you stroking my ego. heart

If the video stops it is buffering to accommodate your computer's upload speed. The second time you play it there should not be any delays. This should not be an issue at all when they appear right on the screen with the new board. Wink

Joe, I agree with the u2's! The music change is really a good thing! I know how hard it is to video things, I do the schools basketball and football games, and other sorted taping, and it is hard! You can make someone seasick REAL EASY! You are doing a great job, and I thank you! PAm

Great job! We discovered Aqua Beach for the first time this year! We sat in one of those "huts" along the road.....my husband ordered a great jerk chicken from the guy cooking on the grill outside.....

Cool! But I think the Next Level bit should be a little longer.

My 2 cents for the Aqua Beach video -

Louder, more lively music sounds good when Next Level part starts, shows crowd dancing I guess, but then shot goes to an empty bar Sad , that is kind of a let down. Just my opinion.

one other thought - is location shown on text anywhere?

After our Soto's Stingray trip, we tried to get into Lobster Pot around 3:00....they are open for lunch and dinner but closed in between so we went to Aqua Beach for the first time.........also, like scubchar, sat along the road under the thatched roof and had wonderful meals....I had a seafood pasta dish and several rum punches (as always Rolling Eyes ) and everything was delicious and delivered by a real sweet gal.

Would've preferred Lobster Pot....had my mouth all ready for the lobster stuff salmon but will have to have that next trip. Smile

We strolled over to this lively spot this evening for a easy going meal. Love the little huts along the edge and are pouting that they were all full but we still had a great time.

I opted for something lite, one of their baskets of crispy shoe string french fries and Derek opted for the Cayman style Mahi Mahi which had wonderful chunks of cob corn, potatoes, squash and other vegetables in a red sauce medley along with tender and moist Mahi Mahi. The waitress was super nice, she forgot what I ordered to drink (sprite) so she brought out a tray of water, iced tea, coke, sprite and something else and asked me again what it was I wanted so I chose my sprite from the tray, it was funny.

The music was great and the crowd was a nice mix with all age groups and everything from visitors to ex-pats to locals. There was a great breeze blowing and it was just a great way to wind down after a very hectic day.

When you next visit, make sure you leave time to stop buy this place, you'll enjoy it and have a great time.

I just wanted to share our two-cents regarding Aqua Beach. Tomorrow will be one week since our arrival in GC and we are headed there for the third time tonight. We also visited Coconut Joe's, the Wharf and the Lobster Pot. These were all great too...but we absolutely love Aqua Beach!

Thanks so much for posting their info or we probably would have drove right past it.

do they still do happy hours? If so, which days? I didn't notice much of a crowd when I went by on a Tuesday or Wednesday last week.

Thanks.

Just a few steps north of the Marriott and Coconut Joes. On the right side of the street going towards West Bay ...
