Eats Cafe has become a virtual landmark in the Cayman Islands over the years by offering great food at very affordable prices in a 50's style diner. The 'new' Eats has a much more modern and refined look with wider booths and more upscale decor. The fun friendly staff and abundance of delicious dishes at surprisingly affordable prices has not changed.
Look for very special breakfast coupon in Activity Guide. Seven Mile Beach, Map 3/C-6. Phone: 943-3287

All the booths and chairs are extremely comfortable and generously spaced.

Legendz is right next door, probably the most upscale and elegant sports bar on the island. Owners/Designers Jan and Brad wouldn't have it any other way.

The combined food menus at Eats and Legends is staggering. Everything from burgers and nachos to unique Caribbean delicacies. They offer some of the most diverse and affordable food of any restaurant in the Cayman Islands.

I'll post more information and pictures as soon as I can. They are located in the Falls, directly across the street from the Westin and you will find special offers for them starting in the June issue of Activity Guide.

I am no fully ready for my vacation. The place looks great(love all the televisions and the dark wood). I know the food will be just as good to match the decor!

Don't forget to mention the cute waitresses and awesome bartenders. WOOHOO!

New favorite on the menu that wasn't there before: Chef's Julienne Salad. Had one last night, and it was really really good. Even though it was "just a salad" it filled me right up...

I would have had room for a slice of homemade pie, but my middle's showing too many slices of pie recently, so I have to cut back for awhile Very Happy

If anyone ever wants to find me when they're here, that would be the first place to look. Im usually in there only on days ending in a "Y" but especially when there's hockey on. Smile

Wooo........that's quite a change, particularly for Eats....but they look GREAT and I'm so happy they're back!

For all you people staying at the Westin across the street..........do NOT miss the breakfast's at Eats for about 1/3 the cost of what you'll pay at the Westin......for the week days. The Sunday brunch at the hotel is something else you won't want to miss.....if you can eat that much!

Look out Doc........we'll all be stopping by Legendz now to say hi and for the tour of your new digs! RedRolling wave

Bring it on! Smile

Sundays after brunch I usually put some ice in the cooler, put some barley malt sandwiches and wobbly-pops in there and park my pasty-white, office-tanned chubbiness on a chair between the trees in front of my apartment. Then we watch/comment upon all the bikinis that just parade by like sushi on a conveyor belt. Smile

If you're walkin the beach sunday afternoons just south of the Westin, come by and say hi... just look for the tattoo, it's pretty unmistakable, if the cooler full of beer isnt Smile

This has become one of our favorite lunch spots just like it used to be and it's also a favorite for breakfast. They were even so nice as to give me one of their big menus to take home and keep by the phone in case I need an emergency take out order Razz

I'm so glad Eats is open again. We really missed them this Christmas. Love their breakfast, and also great for reasonable dinners.

Where are Eats & Legendz located? I know Joe said they are near "The Falls", but this will be my first trip to Grand Cayman, so I'm not familiar with where that is. We are looking for some great, casual places to eat lunch, and these both look great. We're staying at the Marriott Beach Resort, so if it's fairly close to there, that's great.

Any other recommendations for some great, casual, fun places to enjoy lunch, close to the Marriott? And we're not opposed to taking a taxi anywhere else on the island, if it's a great place.

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about Eats & Legendz. What a huge menu and prices below $10 on most items. This is about the only place you'll get "an honest drink" for $5 or so. No $15 watered-down rum drinks here!

We cannot wait to get back and visit again.

Eats and Legends are directly across the street from the entrance to the Westin.

We ate at Eats twice, once for breakfast. Both meals were very good and reasonable priced. I would recommend.

I agree. We had lunch at Eats. It was 2 pm but they were packed, had to eat at the bar. Great Mahi sandwich, Linda had the mahi wrap. Very generous portion of mahi. We tried the mahi sand at the Reef and were disappointed in the tiny piece of fish inside a huge bun.
