looking to buy a nice set of snorkel/scuba gear. wondering if the site had any deals with some of the local dive supply stores or dive shops. prices are pretty ridiculous compared to the stuff I see online.

I'm not aware of any coupons for this. I suppose like most other things, costs are high due to shipping costs. Is there some reason you don't want to purchase online? The fitting, for example?

Shopping online from Cayman? My friend, Ann, does it all the time, but she has it shipped to ME to bring down!

The cost savings would be buried by the shipping costs.

I usually do just the opposite......I "shop" around on-line, but then I like to give our local dive shop the business, so I always buy from them.

Since you live in Cayman, I would approach one of our advertisers, like Eden Rock or Don Foster's and just mention the Activity Guide and tell them you live there (so there could be repeat business). You never know, they might give you a good deal.....don't know of any coupons, though.

Besides the money, wouldn't it take forever to get there unless you sent it by an expedited shipper, and then yes--I think that would be big bucks.
