Was Spanish Bay a good place to snorkel and do you have to pay to do so?

Spanish Bay is excellent for snorkeling...........a lot of divers stay there as well.

Cruise ship people pay to snorkel there but I am not sure about others. Perhaps you could contact them and ask if they have a package......for the cruisers it sometimes included lunch and drinks.

There is actually a coupon in the Activity Guide for a day use package at Spanish Bay, which includes unlimited shore diving (and of course, snorkeling), buffet lunch (with drinks!), use of the pool, and hammocks, or whatever. Don't know if they would actually charge you if all you wanted to do was snorkel.

Check it out -

Snorkel,

Since you probably eat lunch, they do have a nice lunch and the staff is so nice. After you snorkel, you can sit around the pool and enjoy lunch and a couple "cold ones". Wink Wink Wink drinking drinking
