ABOUT GEORGE’S WATERSPORT

Cruise to Grand Cayman’s Stingray City aboard a fast, comfortable custom snorkel boat with an average of 12 passengers or less. Leave the crowds behind and relax in comfort as you speed through Cayman’s North Sound to the world famous Stingray City. Swim, snorkel and play with dozens of friendly Stingrays in crystal turquoise blue water with average depths of 6-12 feet.

With a low US$40 all-inclusive fee, this is possibly the best-priced Stingray City snorkel cruise on the island. Stingray City is a fun activity for people of all ages and Soto’s Cruises accommodates families, couples, groups and individuals. Your snorkel gear and fresh water are included in the price but please bring your own towels, sunscreen and snacks.

The trip with George’s Watersports includes a fun and exciting trip to Stingray City and a second stop which is perfect for snorkelling in Cayman’s pristine waters, which will be either Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens depending on the weather conditions and experience level of the passengers.

George’s Watersports also offers a bioluminescence kayak tour. Bioluminescence is the term used to describe light that is emitted from a living organism. In this newly discovered bio bay, there are millions of single celled organisms called dinoflagellates that float in the sea, which when disturbed, emit a bright white light. This tour is just over an hour long, and operates around 2 and a half weeks out of every month. It doesn’t operate every night of the month because it follows the moon cycle, ensuring that the tour only leaves on the darkest nights of the month, making each tour a memorable experience. Bottled Water and life jackets are provided. Each tour group is kept to a small size to ensure a more enjoyable experience for every guest.
